Průběh RMA
Components or systems within the guarantee period will be repaired or replaced by next system.
In the event of a return shipment, please complete our RMA request form as mentioned below (RMA process). Return deliveries without an RMA number and collect packets will not be accepted by next system Vertriebsges.m.b.H.
Basically, the goods that are to be tested or repaired are to be sent at the expense of the sender.
RMA process
- Fill in the RMA request form completely (please with a detailed error description) and give the invoice and/or delivery note number.
- Send the completed form by email to rma@nextsystem.at or by fax +43 1 33166-100 to next system Vertriebsges.m.b.H.
- We will send you a RMA number immediately! The assigned number is to be given on all correspondence and has to be included with the product shipment.
Components or systems without warranty claim will be repaired for a fee by next system. A cost estimate can be provided at your request. A flat rate of EUR 100.00 will be charged for the cost estimate. This amount will be dropped if there is a subsequent repair order. The amount of work involved in the repair will be charged at an hourly rate of EUR 65.00 (excluding sales tax, excluding materials).
