  • Completed commercial training, studies (ideally with specialization in human resources management) or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience as HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of labor law and experience in the interface area of payroll accounting an advantage

  • Responsibility for all HR topics within the entire employee life cycle, from entry to exit (recruiting, onboarding, personnel development, etc.)
  • Contact person for all personnel issues for managers and employees
  • Recruiting of employees (creation of job profiles, applicant administration, conducting initial interviews, preparation of contract documents)
  • Independent handling of personnel development topics (e.g. implementation of employee reviews)
  • Preparation of monthly payroll for AT, CZ and HU and communication with external payroll partners.
  • Personnel administration, creation of HR-relevant documents and processes
  • Regular analysis of current HR key figures and preparation of reports
  • Taking up and implementing projects relevant to human resources, such as employer branding, talent management, health promotion, employee surveys
