Your TODOs
- Technical support of our customers in the selection and design of our solutions
- Identifying customer requirements and specifications, contributing to the sales process
- Supporting our field staff regarding display, touch, or HMI (Human Machine Interface) solutions, including those with haptic feedback
- On-site application support for customers (mainly in DACH and partly in Europe) – analyzing customer problems and developing solutions
- Communication and technical clarification with our suppliers (primarily in Asia) – demonstrating our products to customers
- Supporting evaluation and pilot projects and accompanying them until they reach series production
Your Profile
- Completed technical education (HTL) or studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a similar field
- Several years of professional experience in technical customer consulting
- Sales and customer orientation, as well as strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Technical knowledge in the selection and implementation of display and touch systems, as well as more complex HMI systems, including electronics, is an advantage
- A high degree of self-organization, commitment, and strong team spirit – very good German and English skills
- High willingness to travel; a Class B driver’s license is absolutely required
