Join our team! What to do…

  • Proactive management of all personnel issues
  • Accompanying the employees through the entire Employee Life Circle
  • Recruiting process and applicant management as well as onboarding process responsibility
  • Personnel administration, creation of HR-relevant documents and processes, reports
  • Responsibility for recording and filing all employee-relevant data (checking time records, recording organizational changes)
  • Personnel development: personnel planning, further training etc.
  • Interface function to internal time recording and accounting
  • Interface function to external partners e.g. labour law experts, recruiters, payroll accounting, funding agencies, AUVA
  • Taking up personnel-relevant projects, such as working time models, talent management, health promotion, integration, appraisal interviews, employee surveys
  • Support for team events
  • Sparring partner for all personnel topics for managers and employees
  • Contact person for 46 employees at 7 locations, including HU, CZ and DE
