Accounting employee (m/f/d)

Part-Time, 24 – 30 hours/week | Monday – Thursday

Your responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day accounting activities up to the preparation of the
    preliminary balance sheet, including accounts payable, accounts receivable,
    bank postings and all related bookings
  • Handling accounts receivable management and payment transactions
  • Performing ongoing balance and account reconciliations
  • Supporting monthly tax filings and statistical reports
  • Assisting with month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities

What you bring

  •  Completed commercial training, for example HAK or HLW
  • Accountant certification or several years of experience in accounting
  • Knowledge of VAT topics relating to EU trade in goods as well as import and
    export is a plus
  • Very good German and good English language skills
  • Strong IT user skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • An analytical mindset and a strong affinity for numbers
  • A structured, independent, accurate and discreet way of working

What we offer

  • A part-time role of 24–30 hours per week, Monday to Thursday
  • A minimum gross monthly salary of EUR 2,509 on a full-time basis. The
    actual salary will depend on your qualifications and experience. Willingness
    to overpay is possible.
