We would like to point out that returns can only be processed after receipt of the fully completed RMA form. This entitles you to send the registered items to our company, but does not automatically include the right to a credit note, conversion or similar. A decision on this can only be made after we have examined the returned goods. The support by next system in the analysis of possible defects in the products delivered by next system or in systems in which such products have been installed shall, in the absence of an express written declaration to the contrary by next system, be provided at a charge and without recognition of a defect or any other legal obligation.
After receipt of the return shipment, you will receive a confirmation with the expected processing time by e-mail. In case of a justified warranty claim you will receive a replacement or a credit note. If a repair is no longer possible or the repair is rejected, the article will be returned freight collect or scrapped / disposed of free of charge. If repair is possible, the item is unauthorized or out of warranty, an estimate can be provided upon request. In case of unauthorized RMAs or RMAs caused by our own fault, we reserve the right to charge a test/handling fee.
