Forceteq® force measurement technology

With the globally unique, patented Forceteq@ force-displacement measurement technology, forces can be measured directly with the XENAX® Xvi servo controller, without external sensors and evaluation devices. Inserted parts always have slight height differences. To compensate for this, a “touch position” is typically recorded and the force-displacement measurement is started from this starting point. Forceteq® technology makes it possible for the first time to carry out comprehensive quality control during the ongoing process.

With Forceteq® force measurement technology, the force can be checked during the production process. Force-displacement diagrams can be captured and recorded for traceability.
