INTAX® Fully integrated linear motor axis
The innovation of this completely newly developed linear motor axis is its unprecedented packing density thanks to the integration of servo drive, wiring and cable trailing. This new standard in miniaturization allows designers to build their machines and automatic systems smaller and more space-saving. Compared to conventional toothed belts and spindle drives, this axis driven by a direct linear motor is more precise, faster and quieter.
The axis contains an Ethernet bus interface with various protocols and is connected directly to the PLC. Together with the PLCopen libraries, the axis can be moved easily (?directly) in cyclic synchronized mode or profile position mode.
When connected to the 12V DC power supply, the axis is immediately ready for operation.
The absolute measuring system allows an immediate start without prior referencing.
