Next system permanent magnet PM linear drives are available in sizes 20/25/36mm. They represent an extremely economical solution with high quality due to high quality threaded spindles. The linear permanent magnet stepper motors are used, for example, in medical diagnostic and analytical equipment, but also in laboratory applications such as microscopes, testers or measuring instruments.

LEAD SCREW LINEAR ACTUATORS

With the help of a lead screw and thermoplastic nut, the rotational movements of the next system stepper motor are converted into linear movements. The linear actuators are quiet, efficient, durable and cost-effective solutions for linear movements. They are ideally suited for applications such as X-Y tables, medical equipment, semiconductor handling, telecommunications equipment, valve control and various other applications. A variety of customizations are available upon request, such as spindle length, custom nuts, anti-backlash nut, safety brake, encoder and others.

BALL SCREW LINEAR ACTUATORS

High precision is achieved by next system ball screw linear actuators by converting the rotational movement into a linear movement by means of a ball screw. With an efficiency of 90 – 96% compared to conventional plastic trapezoidal screw nuts (26 – 70% efficiency), our ball screw nuts require significantly less drive power for the same load. The heat rise and surface damage associated with rolling friction (ball nut) are significantly less than those associated with sliding friction (trapezoidal plastic nut), making the ball nut much more durable and optimal for high-speed transmission applications.
