LEXIUM MDRIVE

Schneider Electric’s rugged Lexium MDrive and Absolute MDrive products integrate 1.8° 2-phase stepper motors with integrated drive electronics and a controller with up to 8 I/O. The drives can be open-loop or closed-loop and offer an incremental or multiturn absolute encoder with 1000 strokes (4000 pulses/rev). Both encoder options provide hMT performance in closed loop. You can choose between an external shaft linear actuator and an electric cylinder when integrating the mechanics for linear motion.

Looking for a premium high torque motor? For this option, you can choose between two connection variants: pluggable style (incl. mating connector for direct wiring) or M12 circular connector (incl. LEXIUM MDRIVE LINEAR (LMD)

Schneider Elekctric’s LMD linear actuators generate smooth operation and exceptional performance because linear motion is generated by ACME screw/nut systems attached directly to the motor’s drive shaft. The products include onboard drive electronics and a controller with up to 8 I/O. Feedback options include open-loop or closed-loop control with an internal incremental encoder or a multiturn absolute encoder. As an additional option, drives are also available as e-cylinders as well as drives with an external shaft.
